Our lifestyle is not just about healing, but about maintaining a healthy balance.  It is about preventing imbalances and the resulting illness, and the development of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies.  It is also about raising the vibration of our physical body and aura to accommodate a new way of living.  It is a journey, and an exciting one.

Reiki is a life promoting energy that balances the body to bring healing. It was first discovered and taught by Dr Usui in Japan.  It has since been taught and practiced in the West and has become a widely available as a therapeutic treatment in Britain.  Any person can receive Reiki from a practitioner of Reiki, but to give Reiki to oneself or another, the practitioner must be attuned to the energy. The attunements, are given by a Reiki Master who has studied Reiki, learnt to teach and been attuned to the highest energy levels.

 Seichem incorporates Reiki, describing Reiki as the "Earth" energy, and also providing "Fire" energy (Sakara), "Water" energy (Sophi-El) and "Air" energy (Angelic Light).  The treatments and attunements take place in exactly the same way as in normal Reiki practice.  Hands are laid on the client or held over the client in the aura, and healing energy is channelled through the practitioner.

If you choose to take Reiki or Seichem Level 1, then I also give  Violet Flame attunement as part of the course. This helps clear negative energy.  During Mastership teaching there is the choice to receive the Yod attunement  (first part of Egyptian Cartouche) which helps connect powerfully to one's intuition.  It is really helpful for those who enjoy divination, use oracle cards, and listen to that inner voice of knowing. 

There are 25 attunements for Egyptian Cartouche.  This connects you to the sense of inner knowing, intuition and inner awareness.  After experiencing the attunements myself, all I can say is that working with divination, is a huge amount easier and the intuitive knowledge and psychic awareness is firmly present. 

When I am not teaching Seichem & Reiki, I enjoy aromatherapy and herbalism.  This started as a general interest in Essential Oils and massage, but developed fast into making my own products from herbal infusions, decoctions and macerations, with added appropriate essential oils.  I use my own products for face, body, hair and bathing.  I make products after a consultation to treat skin conditions such as eczema, dry and sore skin conditions, dry feet conditions for people aged 70 and 80 years and above (anyone in fact), arthritis creams, cooling creams for inflamed hot muscles. Holistic massage is relaxing, and stimulates the circulation to rid the body of toxins that accumulate in muscular areas and result in pain.  Efflourage massages with long, smooth strokes; petrissage incorporates compression, kneading and lifting; tapotement comprises hacking, tapping, and cupping; and friction involves lifting and compression movements.  A whole body massage starts with a short Indian Head Massage and then moves onto  the arms, legs, stomach, and back.   Essential oils are used to enhance and intensify the treatment.

Indian Head Massage starts with shoulder and neck massage, then the head is treated, finishing with a gentle facial massage.  No oils are used.

Crystal Healing complements Seichem & Reiki and can be used alongside aromatherapy.  I teach people to use crystals for themselves in a workshop situation, rather than giving treatments.  This can be enjoyed separately from Seichem & Reiki.

Support after taking the attunements is ongoing.   Don't lose touch; you are able to 'phone me or visit for personal support during your own development, therapy practice and teaching, should you wish to do so.  This is part of the initial service.
